Join us for some challenging, intense and enjoyable days, taking you through our customized, three module self-leadership program You in Progress Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stunning place Spirit of Son Fuster, was carefully chosen for this specific training purpose. You will understand when you experienced it! It is a completely renovated mansion from the 13th<\/sup> century, located at the foot of the twin mountains Alaro. Alaro is the gateway to the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage protected mountain range with breathtaking views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this journey, you will receive a package that includes an advanced, leadership-adapted version of You in Progress<\/em>, individual coaching based on your personal challenges, group discussions and exercises in a secluded and beautiful environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will experience a good mix of common activities such as cooking, discovery hiking\u2019s and moments for self-reflections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We kick off with a good, healthy and invigorating lunch that provides us with a lot of vitamins and energy for the afternoon exercises. A short walk in the beautiful surrounding nature helps us to find the peace and get in the mood. The rest of the afternoon will be dedicated to training module 1 You in Progress <\/em>working on yourself based on the concepts of self-awareness and self-leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We gather at sunset to reflect on our impressions from our first day. The day rounds off by a delicious Mallorquin tapas buffet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Day 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Rise and shine with an early morning yoga session at sunrise!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A wonderful breakfast, prepared with love and local ingredients is the best start to our second day and training module 2 Lead for tomorrow<\/em> Surrounded by the fragrant orange grove, we expand your horizon on how you relate to others and how others relate to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A delicious and energizing lunch salad will be enjoyed under the cooling shade of the citrus trees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The afternoon training session is a hiking that will take place in the scenic surroundings. After a moment of rest and seclusion, we gather to prepare the evening\u2019s dinner under the leadership of a local chef.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Welcome a new, exciting and educational day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those who like to rise early, we soften our bodies with some light morning exercises. After a good breakfast, we dress in comfortable shoes and clothes that are suitable for a full-day excursion with hiking in hilly terrain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On our last day of training, Module 3 Walk your vision<\/em> will be \u201cconquered\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our promises today, are hard work and physical challenges to build the foundation that enables you to commit to your action plan and how to sell your vision to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By reaching the top of the Serra de Tramuntana and Galilee, Mallorca\u2019s highest situated village at 460 meters above sea level, you will be richly rewarded by the breathtaking views. The symbolism is definitely striking!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enjoying this panoramic view, we will be served cold drinks and world class tapas at Caf\u00e9 Sa Placa de Galila. Late afternoon we return to the hotel for a moment of well-deserved rest. Before our farewell dinner, we gather for a sundowner to sum up our impressions and reflect on our experiences of the last few days.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
