inProgress’ pedagogical model is based on our 4 pillars the four S’s, which according to our philosophy form the foundation for healthy and sustainable self-leadership as a base for team development. With inProgress, unique concept, you will challenge yourself, get inspired and enjoy good energy from yourself and others.

  1. Sustainable Environment – You get to enjoy tranquil and beautiful nature and surroundings that stimulates your senses and sharpens your focus.
  2. Sustainable Food – You get to experience good and healthy food that strengthens the body as well as your mind.
  3. Sustainable Health – We will guide you how to increase oxygenation and blood circulation to nurture your brain and body.
  4. Sustainable Relationships – We will develop your skills and ad tools how to build trustful and sustainable relationships.

Our three-day program consist of three modules where we progressively work with your abilities to lead yourself and others.

Modul 1: You inprogress

In module 1, you work with yourself based on the concepts of self-awareness and self-leadership. You get the opportunity to identify your strengths, development areas, challenges, goals and attain concrete tools to execute on your individual development plan. We will practice putting your values into words, understanding your thought and emotional reactions, and finding strategies to lead yourself towards your long-term goals.

You also get the opportunity to work on your physical health and identify what you need in order to give yourself a solid foundation to stand on.

During module 1, the following themes are mandatory:
  • My preferred leadership style
  • Sustainable self-leadership with focus on stress recovery and practicing self-boundaries
  • Self-awareness by understanding your personal perspective
  • Self-insight through giving and receiving feedback

Modul 2: Lead for tomorrow

In module 2, we expand your horizon by reflecting on how you relate to your surroundings and on how your surroundings relate to you.

You learn to identify your preferred communication style and how you can adapt to others communication preferences to achieve clarity.

During module 2, the following themes are mandatory:
  • My leadership vision
  • Goldmans six leadership styles
  • Non-Violent Cross-cultural communication

Modul 3: Walk your vision

In module 3, you work practically with your personal development by focusing on a concrete action plan.

You break down your leadership vision into concrete change goals, identify the next steps in your development and get tools to be able to implement them. We enable you to commit to your action plan and how to sell your vision to others.

During module 3, the following theme is mandatory:
  • The wheel of change
  • How to improve your communication skills to win the audience interest
